Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору, а саме:
«2.1. Термін виконання робіт - з 07 березня 2018 року по 15 грудня 2020 року».
«3.1. Загальна вартість робіт за даним Договором становить – 6 700 000,00 грн., в тому числі ПДВ 20% - 1 116 666,67 грн.:
- Вартість робіт, запланованих на 2018 рік, становить –3 451 478,95 грн., в тому числі ПДВ 20% - 575 246,49 грн.;
- Вартість робіт, запланованих на 2019 рік, становить – 2 683 908,80 грн., в тому числі ПДВ 20% - 447 318,13 грн.;
- Вартість робіт, запланованих на 2020 рік, становить – 564 612,25 грн., в тому числі ПДВ 20% - 94 102,04 грн.»
- « 17.1. Цей договір набирає чинності з дати підписання його Сторонами і діє до 31.12.2020 року та в будь- якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором».
