У зв’язку зі збільшенням ціни на теплову енергію, зменшити очікуваний обсяг постачання теплової енергії на 30,25 Гкал. та, відповідно , абзац 4 пункт 1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: "Кількість послуг: відповідно до виставлених розрахунків, орієнтовно 236,74 Гкал." 2 Абзац другий пункту 22 Договору доповнити наступним реченням: «Ціна за 1 Гкал з 01.10.2023 року становить 4513,70 грн. (чотири тисячі п’ятсот тринадцять гривень 70 копійок), включаючи ПДВ в сумі 752,28 грн. (сімсот п’ятдесят дві гривень 28 копійок), затверджена рішенням виконавчого комітету Павлоградської міської ради №1301 від 13.09.2023року».
