1.Сторони погоджуються внести зміни у п. 12.2 Договору "Дія цього Договору продовжується на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі та складає - 90 287 грн.з ПДВ".
2. Усі інші умови Договору залишаються чинними в попередній редакції і Сторони підтверджують щодо них свої зобовязання.
3. Ця Додаткова угода є невідємною частиною основного договору та набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами.
