Відповідно до ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», та на підставі пунктів 1.6., 3.4., 5.4.2., 8.4. Договору про надання послуг із санітарно-гігієнічної обробки приміщень № 3/Т від 08.01.2019 року, надалі – Договір, Сторони дійшли до взаємної згоди щодо зменшення обсягів закупівлі послуг із санітарно-гігієнічної обробки приміщень та внесення змін до пункту 3.2. зазначеного вище договору виклавши його у наступній редакції:
«3.2. Ціна цього Договору зменшується на 3 720,00 грн. та становить 309 280,66 грн. (Триста дев’ять тисяч двісті вісімдесят гривень 66 коп.) без ПДВ.
Оплата послуг із санітарно-гігієнічної обробки приміщень здійснюється за рахунок коштів підприємства.»
