1. Викласти п. 3.1. розділу 3. «ВАРТІСТЬ ПОСЛУГ ТА ПОРЯДОК РОЗРАХУНКІВ» Договору у наступній редакції:
«3.1. Вартість Послуг:
3.1.1. Вартість Послуг за звітній період за цим Договором становить:
● З 01.12.2022 р. по 30.11.2023 р. – 45 000 грн. 00 коп. (сорок п’ять тисяч гривень 00 копійок), без ПДВ.
● З 01.12.2023 р. по 30.11.2026 р. – 49 500 грн. 00 коп. (сорок дев’ять тисяч п’ятсот гривень 00 коп.), без ПДВ.
3.1.2. Звітний період надання Послуг – 1 календарний місяць.
3.1.3. Ціна Договору складає 2 322 000 грн 00 коп. (два мільйони триста двадцять дві тисячі гривень 00 копійок), без ПДВ.
3.1.4. Період надання Послуг за Договором – з 01.12.2022 р. по 30.11.2026 р. включно.»
2. Викласти п. 9.1. розділу 9. «СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ» Договору у наступній редакції:
«9.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання уповноваженими представниками
Сторін та скріплення їх підписів відбитками печаток Сторін (за наявності) і діє до «31» грудня 2026 року включно.».
