1. Сторони дійшли згоди, що Договір призупиняє дію в частині постачання природного газу з 12.10.2023 року. Постачальник з 12.10.2023 року не здійснює постачання природного газу та виключає Територіальний центр соціального обслуговування (надання соціальних послуг) Миргородської міської ради з Реєстру споживачів ТОВ «ЮГ-ГАЗ» в інформаційній платформі Оператора ГТСУ. 2. На підставі пп.1 п. 19 Постанови КМУ № 1178 від 12.10.2022р, п.11.3 Договору, Споживач і Постачальник дійшли взаємної згоди зменшити суму договору на 64 004,92 грн (шістдесят чотири тисячі чотири гривні 92 коп), виклавши п.1.2, п.1.3, п.3.7 Договору в наступній редакції:
