Note:
Відповідно до частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли згоди про внесення змін до Договору №201 укладеного 21.07.2021 між Залізничною районною адміністрацією та фізичною особою-підприємцем Сєнтим Петром Івановичем в частині зменшення ціни цього Договору на 1 347,96 грн. та викласти пункт 3.2 Договору у новій редакції: 3.2. Ціна робіт за договором складає 249 121,23 грн (двісті сорок дев’ять тисяч сто двадцять одна грн. 23 коп.), у т.ч. Єдиний податок 5%., без урахування витрат на утримання служби Замовника.. 2.. Сторони визнають, що все вищенаведене має домінуюче право над основним текстом Договору від 21.07.2021 №2021.
