Відповідно до п. 12.4. Договору (розділ ХІІ «Інші умови Договору») Сторони домовилися внести наступні зміни, а саме: зменшити суму договору на 12 901,58 грн. (Дванадцять тисяч дев'ятсот одна гривня 58 копійок), виклавши Пункт 4.1. розділу ІV «Ціна Договору» в новій редакції: «4.1. Ціна Договору зменшується на 12 901,58 грн. (Дванадцять тисяч дев'ятсот одна гривня 58 копійок) та становить грн. 226 815,53 (Двісті двадцять шість тисяч вісімсот п'ятнадцять гривень 53 копійки) без ПДВ. Постачання Послуг та послуг з пересилання внутрішнього поштового переказу звільнене від оподаткування ПДВ згідно з п. 197.1.4 ст. 197 Податкового кодексу України» та викласти Додаток № 5 до Договору №27/182 від 20.03.2023 в новій редакції.

Відповідно до п. 12.4. розділу ХІІ «Інші умови Договору» Сторони домовилися внести наступні зміни до Договору, а саме:
зменшити суму договору на 5 971,85 грн. (П'ять тисяч дев'ятсот сімдесят одна гривня 85 копійок), виклавши Пункт 4.1. розділу ІV «Ціна Договору» в новій редакції:
«4.1. Ціна Договору зменшується на 5 971,85 грн. (П'ять тисяч дев'ятсот сімдесят одна гривня 85 копійок) та становить грн. 220 843,68 (Двісті двадцять тисяч вісімсот сорок три гривні 68 копійок) без ПДВ. Постачання Послуг звільнене від оподаткування ПДВ згідно з п.197.1.4 ст.197 Податкового кодексу України. Постачання послуг з пересилання внутрішнього поштового переказу не є об’єктом оподаткування ПДВ згідно з п.196.1.5 ст. 196 ПКУ» та викласти Додаток № 5 до Договору №27/182 від 20.03.2023 в новій редакції.
