Changing the conditions in relation to extension of the contract period, which is sufficient for the procurement procedure at the beginning of next year, to the volume that it does not exceed 20% of the amount specified in the contract, drawn up in the previous year, if these spending approved in the prescribed manner
Note:
Сторони уклали цю додаткову угоду, керуючись ч.6 ст. 41 Закону України про публічні закупівлі, з огляду на ближення завершення строку діїі договору та потребу продовжити цей строк на час достатній Замовнику для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного - 2021 року на суму яка не перевищує 20% від суми визначеної за ним у 2020 році, уклали цю додаткову угоду про таке:
1. Продовжити строк дії договору на час достатій Замовнику для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного - 2020 року та викласти п. 9.2. Договору у такій редакції: "12.1. Цей договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання та діє до 31.03.2021 року, а в частині проведення розрахунків - до їх повного здійснення".
2. Погодити збільшити ціни Договору на суму, яка не перевищує 20% від суми визначення за ним у 2020 році (залежно від фактичних обсягів фінансування Замовника) і буде остаточно узгоджена Сторонами в окремій Додатковій угоді.
