Керуючись Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі", п. 13.1.1 Договору та в зв'язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі товару, код ДК 021:2015-33600000-6-Фармацевтична продукція (лікарські засоби, різні) Покупцем, Сторони домовились суму Договору № 14-17/Т від 16.03.2018р. зменшити на 54130,00 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ - 9021,67 грн. та внести зміни до Договору виклавши їх в наступній редакції:
"2.5. Сума Договору після зменшення становить 726949,05 грн. з ПДВ".

Відповідно до ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII "Про публічні закупівлі" (зі змінами) Сторони домовилися продовжити строк дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків від суми, визначеної у Договорі, а саме у розмірі 139646,67 грн. (сто тридцять дев'ять тисяч шістсот сорок шість гривень 67 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 9135,76 грн.
