1. Відповідно до п.8 ч.5 та ч.6 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", п.11.2 Договору №561 від 28.12.2020 року дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році. Враховуючи вищевикладене, Сторони домовились продовжити термін дії договору та строк поставки товарів до 31.03.2021 р., внести зміни та викласти п. 11.1 Договору в наступній редакції
