Відповідно ч. 5 статті 36 Закону України від 25.12.2015 р. № 922-VIІI «Про публічні закупівлі» для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору та внести зміни до п. 11.1. Договору, виклавши його в наступній редакції:
«11.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін і діє в частині постачання газу до 31 січня 2018 року (включно), а в частині проведення розрахунків – до їх повного здійснення».
