У зв’язку з відсутністю у Замовника бюджетних асигнувань у 2022 році на виконання робіт по об’єкту «Капітальний ремонт пров. Транспортного в м. Хмельницькому» Сторони прийшли до взаємної згоди викласти пункти 1.3., 2.1., 12.1 до Договору № 74Т від 10.03.2022 р. в наступній редакції : 1.3. Строк виконання робіт до 01.09.2023 року; 2.1. Сума бюджетних асигнувань на 2022 рік становить 0.00 грн; 12.1. Договір набирає чинності і вважається укладеним з моменту його підписання Сторонами та діє до 31 грудня 2023 року, а в частині розрахунків до повного виконання Сторонами зобов’язань за Договором; Сторони узгодили викласти в новій редакції Календарний графік фінансування та виконання робіт «Капітальний ремонт пров. Транспортного в м. Хмельницькому» та Договірну ціну, що додаються до цієї Угоди та вважаються невід'ємною частиною Договору.
