Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 «Основні вимоги до договору про закупівлю» розділу VII «Договір про закупівлю» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII ( частина 5 статті 41 «Основні вимоги до договору про закупівлю та внесення змін до нього» розділу VIII «Договір про закупівлю» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» в редакції від 19.04.2020 року), відповідно до якої дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в початковому договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію договору № № МШК0486/54 від 31.01.20 р (далі — Договір) на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме — до 31.03.2021, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі.
