Керуючись частино 6 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII визначити суму Додаткової угоди в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми Договору на постачання природного газу № 214 від 06.11.2020. Загальна вартість Додаткової угоди складає: 13197,80 (тринадцять тисяч сто дев'яносто сім грн. 80 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 2199,63 (дві тисячі сто дев'яносто дев'ять грн. 63 коп.), що становить 20% від вартості Договору на постачання природного газу № 214 від 06.11.2020
