Note:
Керуючись частиною 4 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та пункту 10.4 Договору змінити ціну на товар у бік зменшення. Відповідні зміни внесені до Специфікації, яка є невід'ємним додатком до угоди.
Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25 грудня 2015 року №922-VIII та п.10.3 Договору, Сторони домовилися про постачання товару, згідно Специфікації, яка є невід'ємним додатком до цієї угоди, на суму 38980,58 грн. (тридцять вісім тисяч дев'яносто вісімдесят грн. 58 коп.), в т. ч. ПДВ 7% - 2550,13 грн. (дві тисячі п'ятсот п'ятдесят грн. 13 коп.), що не перевищує 20% від вартості Договору попереднього бюджетного періоду.
