Відповідно до п. 2 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків, виклавши в новій редакції Специфікацію, що є невід’ємною частиною Договору (Додаток 1).
2. Викласти п. 2.3. Договору в наступній редакції:
«2.3. сума Договору визначається сумою загальної вартості Товару, поставленого протягом строку дії цього Договору згідно із специфікацією, що підтверджено накладними і становить: 46051,13 грн. (сорок шість тисяч п’ятдесят одна грн. 13 коп.) без ПДВ.
