Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» уклали Додаткову угоду до Договору № 334 про закупівлю товару від 31.01.2022 р. (далі-Договір) про наступне:
1. Викласти п. 3.1. Розділу III «Ціна Договору» Договору в наступній редакції: «Ціна
цього договору становить: 64 184,89 (шістдесят чотири тисячі сто вісімдесят чотири
грн. 89 коп.) без ПДВ.
2. Специфікацію до Договору (Додаток №1) викласти в новій редакції, яка додається до
даної додаткової угоди і є її невід’ємною частиною.
