У зв’язку зі зміною закупівельних цін на ринку нафтопродуктів, враховуючи дані довідки із державної служби статистики України, Сторони прийшли спільної згоди внести зміни до Договору, а саме ціну на одиницю товару, збільшити її у межах 10 (десять) відсотків, зменшити кількість Товару та викласти у новій редакції: Бензин А-95 - 4220 л за ціною 31,38 грн/л з ПДВ Дизельне паливо - 15120 л за ціною 29,47 грн/л з ПДВ 2. Ціна цього договору становить: 578010,00 грн .(п'ятсот сімдесят вісім тисяч десять грн. 00 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ 96335,00 грн.( Дев’яносто шість тисяч триста тридцять п’ять грн. 00 коп.).

Дизельне паливо Евро 5 у кількості 5960 л за ціною без ПДВ за один літр 22,78 грн/л на суму 135788,67 грн. Дизельне паливо Евро 5 у кількості 1440 л за ціною без ПДВ за один літр 24,56 грн/л на суму 35364,00 грн. 2. Ціна цього договору становить: 248645,30 грн .(Двісті сорок вісім тисяч шістсот сорок п’ять грн. 30 код.) у тому числі ПДВ 41440,88 грн.( Сорок одна тисяча чотириста сорок грн. 88 коп.).
