Note:
Керуючись п.5 ст.36 Закону "Про публфчні закупівлі" Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти (далі-Договір) на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початок наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми визначеної в Договорі у зв'язку з цим внести зміни до п.10.1. Розділу Х та викласти його в наступній редакції.
"Умови даного Договору застосовуються до відносин між Сторонами, що виникли з 1 січня 2018 року Даний договір діє до 31.01.2019 року.
