Зменшити суму договору на 39861,00 грн (Тридцять дев’ять тисяч вісімсот шістдесят одна грн 00 коп.) та викласти пунут 3.1 в такій редакції: «3.1 Ціна Послуг Замовника не залежить від фактичного часу централізованого спостереження за станом засобів охоронної та тривожної сигналізації на об’єктах Замовника, суми зазначаються в Розрахунку ціни по кожному об’єкту окремо за один місяць (Додаток №2 до договору), які є невід’ємною частиною цього договору. Розрахунковим періодом є місяць. Загальна сума договору становить 147 679,00 грн (Сто сорок сім тисяч шістсот сімдесят дев’ять грн 00 коп.) без ПДВ. Сума Договору може бути зменшена у разі зменшення кількості Об’єктів згідно Дислокації.»
