Зменшити суму договору на 5791,86 грн. з ПДВ (без зміни кількості та якості товарів робіт і послуг) та викласти п 3.1 .Договору в наступній редакції: «3.1.Ціна цього Договору становить 349182,27 ( триста сорок дев'ять тисяч сто вісімдесят дві грн. 59 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ 58197,05 грн. Внести зміни в п 3.3 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції: «3.3. Ціна цього договору на дату укладання визначена згідно з тарифами, які погоджені Рішенням № 1 48-ї сесії Вільнянської Міської ради від 17 січня 2019 року і становлять для бюджетних установ 2679,05 грн. за 1 Гкал з ПДВ. З 1 жовтня 2020 року згідно рішення № 88 виконавчого комітету Вільнянської Міської ради від 10 вересня 2020 року тариф для бюджетних установ 2559,26 грн. з ПДВ за 1 Гкал.»
