У зв'язку з коливанням ціни на ринку електричної енергії, яке документально підтверджено довідкою Харківської торгово-промислової палати № 1521/20 від 26.11.2020р. сторони вирішили зменшити обсяг постачання ел.ен. до 5022309 кВт*год, що призвело зменшення ціни договору на 0,51 грн. Ціна договору за міною № 3 становить 10 394 997,01грн.
