Note:
Керуючись п. 24. Договору про надання послуг з управління з побутовими відходами № 83/2025 від 28.01.2025 року (далі – Договір), частиною 1 статті 652 Цивільного кодексу України, уклали цю Додаткову угоду про таке:
1. Сторони домовились зменшити суму Договору на 23 406,34 грн. (двадцять три тисячі чотириста шість гривень 34 копійки), у т.ч. ПДВ 3 901,06 грн. (три тисячі дев’ятсот одна гривня 06 копійок) та викласти в новій редакції:
- «п.16. Розрахунковим періодом є календарний місяць. Сума Договору 76 543,88 грн. (сімдесят шість тисяч п’ятсот сорок три гривні 88 копійок), в т.ч. ПДВ 20% 12 757,31 грн. (дванадцять тисяч сімсот п’ятдесят сім гривень 31 копійка)».
