1) Зменшити суму договору на 159398,10 грн (сто п’ятдесят дев’ять тисяч триста дев’яноста вісім грн. 10 коп) без ПДВ.
2) Загальна сума договору складає 1739027,00 грн (один мільйон сімсот тридцять дев’ять тисяч двадцять сім грн. 00 коп.), без ПДВ, яка відповідає кількості порцій:
Меню № 1- Обслуговування учнів 1-4 класів; учнів 1-11 класів з числа пільгових категорій закладів загальної середньої освіти – 22013 одиниць;
Меню №2 - Обслуговування учнів (вихованців) в дитячих закладах оздоровлення та відпочинку –0 одиниць.
3) Інші умови вищезгаданого договору, які не вказані в угоді, залишаються без змін, і сторони підтверджують за ними свої зобов’язання.
4) Ця додаткова угода складена у 3-х примірниках, по одному примірнику кожній стороні при цьому кожний примірник має однакову юридичну силу.
5) Ця угода є невід’ємною частиною договору і набирає чинності з моменту її підписання.
