Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору , а саме: 1. п.1 додатку №4 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Споживач сплачує за теплову енергію згідно тарифів, що діють на день надання пропозиції. «Для потреб опалення по двоставковому тарифу: -умовно –постійна частина -71 214,35 грн. за Гкал/годину в місяць з ПДВ; Для потреб опалення умовно-змінна частина двоставкового тарифу -1 217,72 грн. за Гкал з ПДВ Для потреб гарячого водопостачання по одноставковому тарифу - 86,16 грн за 1 куб.м. з ПДВ» 2. Зменшити обсяги закупівлі теплової енергії та викласти пункти 1.2.1. та 1.2.3. Договору у наступній редакції: опалення - 192,868 Гкал. в опалювальний період 2020 року, з тепловим навантаженням 0,168049_ Гкал/год в місяць впродовж року; гаряче водопостачання- 445,00 куб.м протягом 2020 року;
