Внести зміни до преамбули договору, а саме слова: "в особі начальника Чумака Олександра Олексійовича, який діє на підставі Положення "Льотна академія Національного авіаційного університету" змінити на слова: "в особі т. в. о. начальника академії Дрезналя Артура Генріховича, який діє на підставі Довіреності та Положення "Льотна академія Національного авіаційного університету".
2) Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити бюджетні зобов’язання, які виникають в межах кошторисних призначень на 3440,00 (Три тисячі чотириста сорок грн. 00 коп.)
гривень, та складають 146 070,00 (Сто сорок шість тисяч сімдесят грн. 00 коп.) гривень.
3) Керуючись законом України «Про публічні закупівлі» ст.41, пункту 5, підпункті.
4) Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму договору на 3440,00 (Три тисячі чотириста
сорок грн. 00 коп.) гривень .
5) Загальна сума договору складає 146 070,00 (Сто сорок шість тисяч сімдесят грн. 00
коп.) гривень.
6) Керуючись законом України «Про публічні закупівлі» статті 41, пункту 6, подовжити термін дії договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року - до 31.03.2022 року.
