Note:
1. Замовник та Виконавець дійшли згоди внести зміни в пункт 3.2 розділу 3. «Строки надання послуг» Договору №37 від 25.07.2025р та викласти його в новій редакції: «Виконавець надає послуги, передбачені в пункті 1.1. цього Договору до 30.11.2025 року». 2. Всі інші умови договору залишаються незмінними. 3. Ця Угода вважається укладеною і набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами та скріплення її печатками Сторін. 4. Ця Угода складена при повному розумінні Сторонами її умов та термінології українською мовою у двох автентичних примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, - по одному для кожної із Сторін.
