Note:
1. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п.п. 3.1. п. 3 «ВАРТІСТЬ ТОВАРУ ТА ПОРЯДОК РОЗРАХУНКІВ» договору № 296 від 16.09.2021року, виклавши його в наступній редакції:
3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 124 240,00грн.(Сто двадцять чотири тисячі двісті сорок гривень 00коп.), без ПДВ згідно Специфікації (Додаток № 1). В тому числі за рахунок державної субвенції 90% 102 294,00грн (Сто дві тисячі двісті дев’яносто чотири гривні 00коп) без ПДВ, за рахунок співфінансування місцевого бюджету Степанівської ОТГ 10% 11 366,00грн (Одинадцять тисяч триста шістдесят шість гривень 00коп) без ПДВ, за рахунок місцевого бюджету Степанівської ОТГ 10 580,00грн (Десять тисяч п’ятсот вісімдесят гривень 00коп) без ПДВ для нової Української школи.
2. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п.п. 4.1. п. 4. «ТЕРМІНИ ТА УМОВИ ПОСТАЧАННЯ ТОВАРУ» даного договору виклавши його в наступній редакції:
4.1. «Строк (термін) поставки Товару: до 30 листопада 2021 року.»
3. Інші положення договору залишаються без змін.
4. Дану додаткову угоду складено українською мовою у двох екземплярах – по одному для кожної з Сторін. Екземпляри мають однакову юридичну силу.
