Відповідно до п. 4 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», та п. 3.12. договору № 204 від 03.03.2020р. у зв’язку зі значним зростанням ціни на закупівлю ДК 021:2015 код 15620000-0 "Крохмалі та крохмалепродукти" (манна крупа), відповідно до експертного висновку з Чернігівської регіональної торгово-промислової палати №ЧК-485 від 10.11.2020року (копія додається), що підтверджено протоколом засідання тендерного комітету від 18.11.2020р. №4102. Сторони внесли зміни, збільшили ціну товару на манну крупу не більше ніж на 10%. Ціна постачальника на манну крупу становить – 16,56 грн./кг. в т.ч. ПДВ.

( п’ятдесят одна тисяча сто двадцять грн. 00 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ. (Загальний фонд: КПКВ 4111022 -1000,00 грн., Спеціальний фонд: КПКВ 4111010 – 49289,60 грн., КПКВ 4111021 – 830,40 грн.,) що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної у договорі про закупівлю укладеному у попередньому році з урахуванням всіх додаткових угод.»
