З метою покращення якості продукції за Контрактом, враховуючи погодження кінцевого споживача, Сторони дійшли згоди про наступне: 1. Для подальшої можливості проведення приймальних випробувань насосів, виконати вимогу Держатомрегулювання, щодо узгодження розрахунку міцності та сейсмостійкості насосного агрегату та державної експертизи отриманого розрахунку міцності без збільшення вартості Контракту;
2. Терміни поставки за позицією №1 викласти у редакції "до 10.12.2024", за позицією №2 викласти у редакції "до 10.12.2024".
