Note:
На підставі частини п’ятої статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п. 11.3 Генерального Договору Сторони досягли взаємної згоди продовжити дію Генерального Договору з додатками та терміну дії страхового захисту до 24 години 00 хвилин за київським часом 12 вересня 2019 року – на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі, в обсязі 455 659,55 гривень:
- згідно з Додатком 1 (12-402/2018) сума складає 280 047,55 грн. (без ПДВ);
- згідно з Додатком 2 (12-403/2018) сума складає 159 652,00 грн. (без ПДВ);
- згідно з Додатком 3 (12-404/2018) сума складає 15 960,00 грн. (без ПДВ),
що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в цьому Договорі, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
