Замовник погодив,через зменшення обсягів закупівлі, збільшити ціну за одиницю товару (Кефір фасований 2.5% жиру 1000г п/е, Сметана 15% жиру 400г п/е) до 10 відсотків відповідно до ст. 41 ч.5. п. 2 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", у зв’язку з триваючою широкомасштабною збройною агресією Російської Федерації проти України, що спричинила стрімке подорожчання вартості товарів/послуг на ринку України.
«Кефір фасований 2.5% жиру 1000г (1 л.) п/е. Кількість товарів: 2672.27 л.».
«Сметана 15% жиру 400г (0.4 л.) п/е. Кількість товарів: 910 л.».
Загальна ціна цього Договору становить: 121107.00 з ПДВ (сто двадцять одна тисяча сто сім гривень, 00 копійок, у т.ч. ПДВ 20% 20184.5 грн. двадцять тисяч сто вісімдесят чотири гривні п'ятдесят копійок).
Ціна за одиницю товару: «Кефір фасований 2.5% жиру 1000г (1 л.) п/е. становить 23.10 грн.», «Сметана 15% жиру 400г (0.4 л.) п/е становить 26.10 за 1 л. 65.25 грн».
