Відповідно п. 1 ч. 4 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», сторони вирішили зменшити обсяг закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника та внести наступні зміни до Договору:
1. Зменшити загальну суму договору на 8 802,07 грн. (вісім тисяч вісімсот дві грн. 07 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ та викласти пункт 3.1. в наступній редакції:
«Ціна (сума) цього Договору становить: 379 140,30 грн. (триста сімдесят дев’ять сто сорок грн. 30 коп.) з ПДВ, в т.ч. ПДВ 24 803,57 грн.»
