У зв’язку з істотною зміною обставин, якими Сторони керувалися при укладанні Договору ( із значним подорожанням ціни на матеріали у підприємств-постачальників, не буде реальної можливості забезпечити виконання своїх договірних зобов’язань як Підрядником, визначених умовами Договору, та придбання необхідної кількості матеріалів за цінами, зафіксовані у відповідному кошторисі. З огляду на те, що загальна сума Договору є твердою, що спричинило неможливістю підвищення ціни. Підрядником було прийнято рішення про зменшення загальної суми Договору.
