Додаткову угоду складено у двох примірниках, по одному для кожної із Сторін, які мають однакову юридичну силу та враховуючи норму частини третьої статті 631 Цивільного кодексу України поширює свою дію на відносини Сторін, що фактично склались з 01.03.2017 по 31.03.2017 року (включно).

Обсяг природного газу якій постачається Споживачу на період проведення процедури закупівлі природного газу на 2018рік та складає:
Січень 2018 року 5,730 тис. куб. м.
Лютий 2018 року______________________ тис. куб. м.,
що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році 58564,27 грн..(п’ятдесят вісім тисяч п’ятсот шістдесят чотири гривні двадцять сім копійок ).
