Відповідно до пункту 4 частини 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору від 12.10.2018 № 674-К-18, без збільшення його суми, у зв’язку з чим внести відповідні зміни до Договору. Сторони прийшли до згоди внести зміни в розділ 13 «Місцезнаходження та банківські реквізити Сторін» Договору. Після внесення змін до Договору сума становить 500 400,00 без ПДВ. Після внесення змін до договору кількість становить 155 штук.
