Внесення змін до Договору про закупівлю електричної енергії здійснюється на підставі пункту 8 частини 5, частини 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».Додатковою угодою № 3 до Договору від 29 грудня 2021 р. було продовжено строк дії Договору з метою забезпечення можливості проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року. В зв’язку з тим, що видатки на оплату електроенергії затверджені лише на початку 2022 року сума в межах 20% ціни Договору підлягає узгодженню додатково.
