Внести зміни до Додатку 5 до договору на відпуск теплової енергії для потреб опалення від 29.01.2020 р. №290120 та викласти його в нуступній редакції: "У відповідності до ст. 20 Закону України "Про теплопостачання" тариф на теплову енергію, вироблену з використання альтернативних джерел теплової енергії для потреб установ та організацій, що фінансуються з державного чи місцевого бюджету, складає 90% середньозваженого тарифу.
Тариф ТОВ "МІОС" обрахований у відповідності до ст. 20 Закону України "Про теплопостачання" з моменту підписання додаткової угоди становить: 1639,71 грн/Гкал без ПДВ, 1967,65 грн/Гкал з ПДВ.
