В зв’язку з відсутністю кошторисних призначень в відділу казначейства не реєструється Додаткова угода №1 до Договору №34 від 14.06.2017р. «Капітальний ремонт і реставрація» (Заміна вікон у спальному корпусі) , виникає необхідність скасувати Додаткову угоду№1 через затримку фінансування в поточному місяці на виконання робіт.
