1.Пункт 18.2 договору від 09 квітня 2019 року № 71Б про закупівлю робіт за рахунок бюджетних коштів (далі – Договір) по об’єкту: «Чонгарська амбулаторія загальної практики сімейної медицини по вул. Т. Шевченка, 68 а, в с. Чонгар Генічеського району - будівництво», доповнено текстом наступного змісту: «У зв’язку з затримкою фінансування, керуючись пунктом 4 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», сторони домовилися продовжити строк дії Договору до 28 грудня 2020 року». 2. Доповнено пункт 11.1 Договору текстом наступного змісту: «Фінансування робіт (будівництва Об’єкта) у 2019 році здійснюється за рахунок коштів субвенції з державного бюджету місцевим бюджетам і становить 3888640,00 грн (Три мільйони вісімсот вісімдесят вісім тисяч шістсот сорок грн 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 648106,67 грн (шістсот сорок вісім тисяч сто шість грн 67 коп.)»
