Note:
Відповідно до пункту 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" істотні умову договору можуть бути змінені у разі зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі. Так було змінено ціну природного газу за 1 тис. м. куб. з 12 108 грн на 13 315 %, що складає 9,98 %, а відповідно зменшено обсяг закупівлі 1 40 тис. м. куб. до 36,374015 тис. м. куб.
