На підставі Експертного висновку Черкаської торгово-промислової палати, керуючись п. 2 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", внесені зміни та викладано в наступній редакції: п. 1.2. "Загальний обсяг постачання газу - до 1 036,709 тис.куб.м."; п. 1.3. "Планові обсяги постачання газу по місяцях, в тис.куб.м.: Січень-406,709, лютий-400,000, березень-180,000, квітень-30,000, травень-10,000, червень-10,000. п. 3.2. "Ціна газу становить 8 550,19 грн. за 1000 куб.м., крім того ПДВ - 1 710,04 грн., всього з ПДВ - 10 260,23 грн. п. 3.6. "Загальна сума договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу, поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором і становить 10 257 514,96 грн., у т.ч. ПДВ - 20% - 1 709 583,67 грн."

Внесення змін до п. 3.7. розділу III Договору № 0118-4 від 09 січня 2018 р. та викладання в новій редакції: "3.7. Бюджетні зобов’язання виникають згідно ст. 23 Бюджетного кодексу України за наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення, з урахуванням коштів, надходження яких очікується за рахунок відшкодування інших споживачів 4 889 375,92 грн. (чотири мільйони вісімсот вісімдесят дев'ять тисяч триста сімдесят п'ять грн. 92 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ – 20% - 814 895,99 грн. Реєстрація юридичних зобов’язань, які надійшли за рахунок відшкодування інших споживачів здійснюється по мірі надходження коштів на реєстраційний рахунок.
