1.Сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі електричної енергії до фактичного обсягу видатків Замовника та викласти пп. 2.4 та 5.2 Договору в новій редакції, а саме обсяг постачання електроенергії встановити 105652 кВт*год, загальна вартість поставки 557842,56 грн. з ПДВ.
2.Сторони домовились внести зміни в реквізити Постачальника, виклавши їх в новій редакції.
Вищевказані зміни внесені в Договір відповідно Додаткової угоди, приєднаної до Повідомлення в сканованому вигляді.
