У зв'язку із наданням до тендерного комітету розрахунку в якому була допущена технічна помилка у Додатковій угоді №1 від 26 листопаду 2018 року відносно підвищення ціни на товар яйця курячі І категорії , керуючись ст. 632,651-654 ЦК України , ст. Закону України . Протоколом засідання тендерного комітету №9 від 19 грудня 2018 року , сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Додаткової угоди №1 від 26.11.2018 року.
