Note:
Відповідно до Постанови НКРЕ КП № 2454 від 01 грудня 2021 р. «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК "УКРЕНЕРГО" на 2022 рік», Сторони, прийшли згоди тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії встановити у Договорі на рівні 345,64 грн/МВт*год (без урахування податку на додану вартість)
Ціна (тариф) електричної енергії з 01.01.21р. становить за 1 кВт/год. – 3,40276 грн.
У відповідності до виділених бюджетних асигнувань на 2022 р., керуючись п.1 ч.5 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» зі змінами, прийшли згоди:
- зменшити обсяг постачання електричної енергії з 1 820 970 кВт/год. на 1 566 532 кВт/год.
- зменшити суму Договору на 751507,37 грн.
« Загальна сума цього Договору складає 5 330 532,43 грн., у т.ч. ПДВ 20 % - 888422,07 грн. з якої:
5 310532,43 грн. – кошти місцевого бюджету,
20 000,00 грн. – кошти спеціального рахунку».

«Постачання електричної енергії Споживачу здійснюється поетапно:
1) з 01.01.2022 р. до 14.03.2022р. включно;

Керуючись п.1 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами) зменшити обсяги (кількість) електричної енергії до 817041 кВт/год та відповідно зменшити суму Договору на 644 792,40 грн., внести відповідні зміни у п. 5.2. Договору та викласти його у наступній редакції:
«Загальна сума цього Договору складає 2 780 194,43 грн. (Два мільйони сімсот вісімдесят тисяч сто дев’яносто чотири грн. 43 коп.), у т. ч. ПДВ 20 % - 463 365,74 грн. з якої:
2 753 276,51 грн. – кошти місцевого бюджету,
26 917,92 грн. – кошти спеціального рахунку.»
