1) Сторони узгодили зменшити ціну Договору на 1 093 467,60 грн. (з ПДВ), відповідно: ціна робіт за Договором №20-124-01-20-12557 від 25.09.2020р. з внесеними змінами Дод. угодою №2 від 20.12.2021 - 8 563 777,00 грн. (без ПДВ), 10 276 532,40 грн (з ПДВ).
2) При проведенні робіт, за запитом Замовника, для покращення якості предмета закупівлі зміст пусконалагоджувальних робіт в договорі був приведений до вимог технічного рішення №2.ТЦ.0104.ТР-21/SE.
