У зв’язку зі зменшенням фактичного обсягу споживання електроенергії по Договору про закупівлю послуг з розподілу електричної енергії за державні кошти №6-2021 від 05.03.2021р (далі - Договір) викласти п.1.2. розділу 1. Предмет договору та п.3.1. розділу 3. Ціна договору у наступній редакції: «1.2. Найменування предмета Договору про закупівлю за кодом згідно Національного класифікатора ДК 021:2015 - 65310000-9 «Розподіл електричної енергії». Обсяг розподілу електричної енергії на 2021 рік за цим договором становить 792130 кВт*год, у тому числі за місяцями та кварталами (кВт*год). «3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 846261 грн. 00 коп. (вісімсот сорок шість тисяч двісті шістдесят одна грн. 00 коп.), у тому числі: ПДВ 141043 грн. 50 коп. (ціна Договору визначається з урахуванням вимог Податкового Кодексу України). З них кошти Головного управління ДПС в Одеській області 824140 грн. 94 коп. Кошти, відшкодовані орендарями 22120 грн. 06 коп.
