1. Керуючись п.12.1 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії Договору і строк поставки Товару та викласти п.5.1., 11.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
«5.1. Строк поставки товару - по 31 грудня 2025 року. Термін дії довірчого документу становить 12 місяців з моменту підписання видаткової накладної»;
«11.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання і діє по 31.12.2025 року, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами зобов'язань по Договору.»
2. Всі інші умови Договору, що не зазнали змін залишаються в силі та продовжують свою дію.
3. Дана Угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання її сторонами.
