Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони домовилися збільшити ціну на одиницю товару- Код CVP за ДК 021:2015 "093100000-5 "Електрична енергія", до до 10% пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару за умови, що така ціна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договоріпро закупівлю. Згідно цієї Додаткової угоди ціна за 1 кВт становить 3,313822 грн. з ПДВ.
